Starting with the “Watch out” posture, senior employees re-examine how new employees stand and behave. They also introduce them to the company’s facilities and rules. KYT (hazard prediction training) is thoroughly implemented to ensure work safety.

Artwork Production

One of our company’s unique training programs is the production of artworks. Trainees learn about the company’s business processes by developing a project based on a given theme, planning, designing, arranging materials and manufacturing the prototype.

Assignment

The content of the training varies from department to department, but in most cases, one-on-one OJT is provided.
Once a year, you will meet with your supervisor to create a challenge card, which will be reviewed semi-annually for goal management. At that time, if the company judges that it is necessary for the job to acquire certain qualifications or attend seminars, the company will provide support.
